2019 Toyota RAV4 – Adventure of a Lifetime

Toyota has tried to make us jealous with 2019 Toyota RAV4 especially with its special edition Adventure, announced as one of the trim versions, but surely the interesting new model which will attract many new buyers and fans. Besides that, it will be available as hybrid version, but whatever version is, there will be many improvements and details to be proud during the driving in the city.

Exterior

There is not so hard to describe the exterior design of 2019 Toyota RAV4. It is a compact crossover with two rows of seats, stable on large 18-inch alloy wheels and special Tow Prep package. Besides that, it has lower body guards and black surrounds on wheels, headlights bezels and fog lights. Although the front end looks lower than on previous models, it is actually higher than other cars in same class. The front end has interesting rhomboid lights connected with a thin line which separates upper from the lower part of the grille. Mentioned line follows the line of the hood both slightly curved on the sides of the grille. The rear end is much wider and higher, with flat truck door and also rhomboid rear lights.

Interior

It is good to know that inside of the cabin of 2019 Toyota RAV4 is not much changed and redesigned, and simply does not have too many details as we used to see on modern cars. Although covered with leather in two colors, seats are flat and quite simple with only needed additions for passengers comfort. Amazing large dashboard, also in two colors, has specific curved shape, extending in the middle to make enough space for large touchscreen with commands. Some commands are on the steering wheel, which opens in front of the clear and visible instruments behind with important information. However, the whole cabin has more space in two rows for grown passengers.

2019 Toyota RAV4’s Engine

The basic model of 2019 Toyota RAV4 has 2.5-liter four inline paired with six-speed automatic transmission capable of producing 176 horsepower and 172 pound-feet of torque. Even though a hybrid version has the same fuel engine, it will be supported by three electric engines with 196 horsepower and optional CVT transmission aside the basic automatic one. Together with strength, this engine has been marked with the higher mark on safety tests, thanks to the Toyota Safety Sense-P package which will be incorporated in all models and includes automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, automatic high beams, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control and lane departure alert.

 

Conclusion

Even though Toyota has not announced a release date for 2019 Toyota RAV4, we can expect it in September or later. Prices are still not known so stay with us for new information.
